Sample Contracts
Because we care so much about our pups now and in the future they are all sold with purchase agreement contracts. Below are edited copies of our different contracts. Please read these over before inquiring, especially if looking for full breeding rights.
Payments
We are pretty old fashioned when it comes to payments to avoid scams and chargebacks. Cash is only accepted on pick up day. To make things a little easier for our customers we have started accepting deposits through Venmo, or good old fashioned check, certified bank check, or money order. If anything extra is needed such as travel expenses, crate, or state health papers for transport, any and all transportation costs are at the expense of the buyer. We do not have a "Send money now" link and do not accept deposits blindly. You must contact us first, be approved and complete our deposit contract before sending payments.

Deposit Contract
Because we are a small family program with limited litters we require deposits to be on our waiting lists or to reserve a specific pup. Our required deposit is $200 and that holds your spot in the selection process.
Pet Only/ Limited Registration
All our dogs are sold on limited registration spay/neuter contracts unless discussed otherwise. Pets sold on this contract can be shown in events, but can not be used for breeding. Pet only prices are $1200.
Full Breeding Rights
We have worked hard for over 10 years selecting, health testing and always improving our lines. We are very selective on where pups from us with full rights go as we expect the same integrity in breeding them. Currently we are only interested in the possibility of placing pups with full rights or Co-owns to established, reputable breeders. Full rights are $2000 to approved programs only.
